Transmission turbine speed input or out put sensor faults will confuse the transmission and cause erratic shifting. Wheel speed sensor problems will affect ABS, TRAC and stability control.|

The powertrain in a vehicle is composed of everything that makes the vehicle move. This includes everything from the engine to the transmission to all the parts that allow the power from the engine to get to the wheels.||The Transfer case lowering kit was installed with the lift kit to reduce the driveshaft angles, since I can't afford a SYE at this time. So, here in lies the issue. 2 years ago I installed a 1" body lift, and to correct for the fan shroud I also installed 1" raised motor mounts.|
|The noise is coming from the center of the Jeep (transmission/Transfer case) area. I removed the front driveline and the vibration and noise were still present. By the time I drove to Les Schwab to have them take a look. The major vibration and noise had went away. There was still a vibration present.||The u joints there are hard to tell if bad by feeling with hand. Its super common for rear joint of front shaft to be cause which can blow transfer case apart from vibration. Also sounds like a rear diff noise.|

Our recommendation would be to have the clunking noise when turning fixed first and see if that fixes all of the problems you are having. It is possible your pilot bearing is bad as well, but usually they last the life of the clutch and throw out bearing.|

Okay guys well I finally picked up my 06 H3 Project, it's got 95k miles on it and in need of a transfer case rebuild. It's been sitting for about 8 months but has been cranked occasionally. Anyways, at idle there is a vibration from the motor, its not severe but its very noticeable.

Driveshaft-related vibrations usually occur at roughly engine yes, if your control arm mounts (upper/lower CAs) are worn out that'll cause the front shaft to run at a bad angle for the joints and cause a vibe. with 143k on the chassis, it's time to inspect & replace some rubber mounts.
